Isn't it intersting.   The city of Schenectady has no money for tasers.   They are looking to grants.

But can anyone explain HOW the city has money to exempt all the rich political socialist dem cronies in downtown from paying taxes....but doesn't have money for tasers and other crime prevention for the homeowners and residents in the NEIGHBORHOODS?????

Since since the alleged PILOT supposedly paid by Bombers, is REALLY a pilot funded totally by the financially struggling homeronwers since Bombers gets a 150% tax exemption (the extra 50% comes from the homeonwers and is used to pay for the sewer and water fees, and probably to cover the private trash collection fees, and then IF it does pay the pilot, the pilot is paid from that extra 50%).    So, since they have gotten all this money from the financialy struggling homeonwers who cannot afford all these taxes, I'd say Bombers should pay for the tasers.   Gee, will Bombers provide free Thanksgiving dinners for the homeonwers pay Bombers taxes, fees, and pilot?

Good thing that $340K 'survey' grant was acquired. Don't know how helpful that paper and pen will be to our officers.

This survey is just another example of a WASTE OF TAXPAYER'S MONEY!! A survey to no where!!

Fluff with no substance or resolve for the real issues that face the taxpayers.

Does the survey have a box to check whether residents would prefer being tazed or shot when confronted by the SPD?  If they prefer the taser then maybe the taxpayers will spring to buy tasers.
