Patches, it was probably on lawns where there was already a sign for the competitor for the same job that the driver of the SUV is attempting to get.  Must be getting close to time to take down all those signs.  Maybe some will get picked up BEFORE election day.  Hey, Ron, I know that you were "away" from the board for a while, but I also notice that a couple Saturdays have passed and the signs are still up on town parks.  Was it this coming Saturday you were plannin on taking them down?  Since that is the ONLY Saturday left before election day...

It takes a person that has no dicipline  either with self or following the law....

The fact that the  incumbent town supervisor - Frank Del Gallo and the stooges that he has running for Town Board and Town Clerk and Highway Superintendent are UNWILLING TO ABIDE BY TOWN ORDINANCES speaks volumes for them and their unfitness to hold any public office.

I have acted within my legal suthority to request verbally and in writing that the signs be removed  -- and have even requested that the appropriate town official remove the CODE VIOLATION.    Unfortunately, the appropriate town official official can not act without "approval" from the Town Supervisor - Mr. DelGallo -  who just happens to be the violator of the town code.

Sounds an awful lot like the illegal motorcycle race track ---  town police and state police (who are not empowered to write a ticket for this type of code violation) clearly determine that the operation IS a race track.   The only person who can write the ticket for the violation  comes along and says  " I dun see no race track"  because if he DID see a race track he would be threatened by the Town Supervisor who is best buddies with the property owners.

Sounds an awful lot like all the times the Town Board voted to direct the the Town Supervisor - Frank Del Gallo  - to take an action  ...   ALS contract for one ... and he just sits there and smiles and refuses to do his job.

Finally - it sounds like the town supervisor - Frank Del Gallo who is complaining about the town's difficult financial situation .. yet he is perfectly happy to screw the town tax payers to get a (IMHO) immoral and unjustified reduction in his property assessment  .............  I have seen his property  .. and believe that it was valued at the HIGHER figure placed on it by GAR.    

Frank DelGallo doesn't believe he should follow the rules or obey the laws or pick up his FAIR SHARE of the town tax bill .....like everyone else has to.   Somehow, he thinks that his business success and money in the bank give him special privileges --- and he has publicly said  "I am glad I don't live where you do" .....

sorry Frank  ... myself and most reasonable people are not impressed with how much money you have nor how many rules/laws you can flaunt nor how much of your fair share of property taxes that you can shirk off on to us --------------we aren't impressed  ... WE ARE MAD AS HELL AND ARE GOING TO VOTE YOU OUT OF OFFICE.
