No problem is unique to Schenectady? Every City has a County employee/City Council President who also is Acting Mayor. Emphasis on Acting. Every City throws its pit bull problem to the US postal service. Every broke City wants to flush $3.3 million on its great municipal golf course. The GE Plot is heavily DEM. The fact that the only morons supporting McCarthy are City employees says it all.
It is unique that with the $100 million Plex dollars, no one could find a decent business for the City. And that this money in no way, shape or form did one ounce of help stabilizing the tax base...it's only created a larger black hole.
