SCHENECTADY -- A Schenectady man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in front of two female juveniles last month, Schenectady police said.

Jesse J. Nadler, 29, of Cutler Street is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of public lewdness, both misdemeanors, following a Sept. 17 incident, police said. Creeps like this should be tarred and feathered, drawn and quartered, and publicly flogged,beheaded and then thrown into a pool of molten lead. These are the creepiest of creeps the lowest of low-life's and I have absolutely no tolerance or sympathy at all for them.

Charges dropped in lewdness case
Schenectady man says he wants "the world to know it wasn't me"

SCHENECTADY — Jesse Nadler wants to clear his name and get on with his life after a case of mistaken identity landed him in jail last year.

A City Court judge on Monday dismissed two counts of child endangerment and one count of public lewdness stemming from accusations the city man exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of two teenage girls, according attorneys involved with the case.

"I feel like my whole reputation has been shattered over this, and I want the world to know it wasn't me," said Nadler, 30, recounting how he suffered the humiliation for a crime he claims was committed by a relative in September. "It tore my family apart and I really want to slap him up because of this."
