SCHENECTADY -- Police are looking into the shooting of an 18-year-old city man who walked into Ellis Hospital Friday afternoon.
Lt. Mark McCracken said that the man suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound in his leg. Around 1 p.m. he told police he was shot on Lincoln Avenue in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood.
At least three people were killed and at least 17 others wounded, including nine teenagers, in shootings across the city late Friday night and early Saturday morning.
