When I was 10 years old, I had a basset, named Roxy. She was my protectorate. She sat on the edge of my bed, and every time she heard a noise, she didn't bark, it was more like AROOOOOO!!!
I guess it worked, I'm still alive. She got me in trouble though. Hey, I was 10, and especially in Catholic school, I only knew the word "b**ch", as being a swear word.
One of my mother's friends stopped by, and said "oh, it's a b**ch".
I LASHED out, "NO, YOU'RE A b**ch! Roxy is a girl dog!
Needless to say , that statement did not go over well. Roxy!! Run! Follow me!
