We have a "Schenectady 2020" plan that apparently isn't working.

I more than anyone (I believe) here want to see the city a thriving metropolis but I don't believe that can happen without a steady job base (outside of DSS).

No one is going to be happy with the Gazette's articles, most people from the neighborhoods written about have complained as to the content.

But what should I have expected (I ask myself) ? I guess not too much after Stratton and Company diverted that $12 Million dollars earmarked for Mont Pleasant and Hamilton Hill over to the "Fix Erie Now" project. Its too bad.
