My response to the questions about the BOA Study --- the report was supposed to be delivered to the Supervisor and Town Board in July by the firm hired to conduct the study ... it may very well have been delivered to the Supervisor .... but there was also supposed to be a public presentation and that - apparently - has not yet been scheduled.
Nevertheless, the BOA Study report does provide a road map to rebuild Rotterdam Junction and the good thing is that a number of related studies (transportation, environmental, etc) have already been done ... so the Junction is still on track to apply for federal, state, and private grants.
As for the question about Woestina Park and Bicentennial Park --- certainly the priority is cleaning up and restoring Woestina Park so that it is useable for the 2012 Challenger season --- and the concept for Bicentennial Park is still viable .. we are still a few years away from developing a formal plan and actually building the park -- so the schedule has not been negatively impacted by the flooding.
