1. BREAK UP the dog fighting rings to decrease demand. I don't know why they don't do this anyway, abuse of these animals runs
rampant. It is SICK. Could this fall under Busters Law?

2. MUZZLE law. Seize the animals if not muzzled. I have heard of other cities with muzzle laws so apparently it is doable.

3. ENFORCE ALL the laws!

4. Make jail time mandatory for repeat offenders and anyone who harbors a "dangerous dog".

5. List the offenders, the address of the offenders and their non-compliant landlords on a data base. Perhaps there should be a better
way to make some of these landlords responsible. I imagine that in the end, they are liable.

6. Is there a way to make neutering/spaying these animals mandatory? Seize them if not? These sicko owners breed them without regard for the animal. These dogs suffer tremendously at the hands of irresponsible owners.

Blame it all on Frank Duci. Reach back to any REP you can find. Go back decades. It worked before.

Herbert Hoover maybe? Blame him too.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
