Congratulations go out to our esteemed Chairwoman of the most effective county legislative chamber in America- Judy Dagostino. Together with Sheriff Dominick Dagostino, and Mayor McCarthy they have headed off one of Mother Nature's greatest potential disasters in the history of the Capital District if not the state of New York. They proudly took their cue from the exultant leadership in the White House and of Governor Cuome (whom I believe will be the next and possibly greatest President of the United States of America.)

Now the serious work of clean up, and preventing further loss of life in the STockade. Through careful planning and the hard work of the Working Together team, a major loss of life has been averted with total team coordination taking place where the town of Duanesburg was under most dire threat. Hundred of potential victims have had their lives saved by Sheriff Dominick and the fine emergency staff at our county. This proves once again that the people of the county will never return control to the nattering naybobs of negativity that destroyed Schenectady in the radical G.O.P.

Thank you, Judy. You are a woman of distinction and along with the Mayor, Sheriff, former Sheriff Buffardi, Congressman Tonko and Legislator (former first responder) Tony Jasenski, you saved countless lives!

DV FULL OF LIES speaking under another name.

Tell us why the city doesn't take care of it's sewers.   Yes, I know this is much more rain than normal.  However, tell us WHY the taxpayers' money is given to the millionaires downtown and NOT to perform routine maintenance of the infrastructure?????

And WHY is the city using a stupid garage as a shelter?

The taxpayers have been robbhed to build the Hampton hotel in downtown, and the taxpayers are paying taxes of the billionaire Hilton family which owns the Hampton chain, so the city shoudl put up all the Stockade residents in the Hampton inn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And fat a** Morris should be feeding all those people in his catering hall, after all, the taxpayers are FORCED to pay for it!

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

It's called DEM damage control. Schenectady had no shelter and did not start timely evacuations. They handed out informational flyers? The water supply maybe endangered. Everything is on a catch can basis. Colonie had crews out BEFORE the storm clearing sewers and storm drains. A Mayor, who's also councilman that he won't leave, who has another full time County job that he won't leave.

McCarthy was terrible at the press conference!
Question "How many people are in the Stockade?" his answer "We're gathering that information" (!?!?!).
Question "How about other incidents in the City, can you tell us how many their are" his answer "I'm not here to talk about other incidents, just the issue at hand"

Awful that he has no clue that hundreds of people live in the Stockade nor did he have the ability to speak about the trees down on Union, VanVranken, etc...It was an embarrassment as the amount of ignorance and distain for the people who he represents was blatantly apparent.

The spin is in. Just read Gravelgertie (DV in panties) and you will see how dreamy they all are! Sounds like a girlcrush from a teenaged groupie!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Have you seen DVR's moron "renaissance" park with multi-modal path in the Junction? It's multi-modal alright. Either submarine or row boat!

America's first inland scuba park.

Don't anyone tell Bobby Dag about Gertie's girlcrush, he might "do the bump" into her and scowl, drool and all dripping down the crinkled chin...

Thank you working together crew! So what if they didn't plan? They are compassionate and care a lot! About themselves and the DEM friends and family club. Parking at Union College-for the Stockade? And displaced Stockade residents can bed down not at empty Parker Inn but at the smelly City garage! Death Ray will open Gillen's Gulch for all displaced residents.

What else is new? Maybe he should give up his Council and County jobs. Ask him about his charter amendment and pit bulls-lol.

This just in. Rotterdam Junction is being evacuated. No word on DVR's proposed submarine park. Thanks to Lady Ga-Ga yous can bed down at the City Garage.

Can you image if these Metrograft DEM morons actually built condos at ALCO? The entire area is under 3 feet of polluted water. Freeman's Bridge is closed in both directions. The area reeks from polluted Mohawk River water. TV stations are set up at Boulevard Bowl to record the train wreck. Every street below Erie Blvd aka {DEM high dreck corridor-lol} is barricaded with SPD present.

Speaking of inland scuba parks-this just in! Forget about swimming at Central Park. Because of the complete implosion of Erie Blvd under Death Ray, Acting McCarthy and King a new swimming hole has opened up at the former Kem cleaners parking lot. Take a refreshing dip!

Actually I think that is appropriate.

Staying on message so that people heed the warnings to get to higher ground, was really I think him at his best in the press conference.

Now the lunacy of keeping the video projector going "behind" them.  Um, well that was pretty stupid to me.

Jack, when that white line was across McCarthy's face...priceless.

My point was, he could have assured that the City crews were hard at work and even though there were trees and electrical wires down, the City was in contact with National Grid, etc, etc.I didn't hear that.

McCathy doesn't portray himself as much of a leader, rather he comes off as mainly a narcissist.
