Smokey.....you seem to be doing some 'investigating reporting'...........how 'bout investigating what the cost is to re/build those GREEN HOMES in the high risk areas? How 'bout comparing the cost to re/build to the sale of the home. And even when they sell these homes......the folks can't afford the taxes.

And I'm sure all would agree that the folks who can't sell their homes and continue to live in the city should be commended for trying to make a change for the better as opposed to skipping out like the city/county workers have and still do!
