Right now we have a surplus of wealth in the rich and once it is more equally spread out we can accomplish miracles with strong political leaders of both parties.

A SURPLUS OF WEALTH!!!  We are $14 TRILLION in debt.  Our GDP is $14.5 Trillion.  Our GDP barely pays our debt!

HURRAY FOR ELECTION YEARS!!!!

Had to drive through Mt. Pleasant today for work.............. AND......they are paving Congress and Tenth and the Family Neighborhood Association is trimming bushes and mowing lawns of those in need!!! Funny what they can do with taxpayer's money when they are looking for VOTES!!!

Now all they need to do is have a police presence there, round up the gangs, take away the illegal guns, arrest the drug dealers, close the crack houses, lower the lucrative welfare package and MAYBE.....just MAYBE.....it will be livable and homes will reflect their values in about a decade or two!!!

Isn't it Mt.Pleasant/bellevue that has the highest vacancy rates???? No paving or mowing or bush trimming will remedy that!!!

Like pathetic Obama? The problem is not discrimination. The City has been decimated by 35 straight years of this type of DEM socialistic nonsense. Raising taxes on the "rich" homeowners/business and giving more to bloated nonprofits. Now you can't give a house away. Now we have no small businesses. We have to bribe gin mills to move in empty retail. Homes are being sold at foreclosure auction. The City needs to reindustrialize, needs new home buyers, needs new business owners not more make work programs to solve nonexistent ills.
