According to the County tax information online...right now...both the properties Mr. Morris owns both in the Stockade and on Schermerhorn Rd. have a $30K STAR tax exemption attached to them.

So can we assume that you did in fact contact the assessor yourself?? And the assessor told you that PM does NOT have a star exemption on his city property? Then someone is LYING, or shall we say 'misguided/inaccurate information'........cause the on-line County tax info shows just the opposite.....yes?

NISKAYUNA - A Republican committeeman accused of having almost a dozen names of dead people signed on his candidacy petition for Town Board will not be on the primary ballot this September.
Attorneys for the candidate, Benjamin Wallach , and his challengers have settled out of court, according to acting Niskayuna Republican Committee Chairwoman Patricia Donnelly - one of three Republicans who brought court action against Wallach .
"The two lawyers had some kind of consent that Ben wasn't going to contest the court challenge," Schenectady County Board of Elections Democratic commissioner Robert Brehm confirmed Thursday.
Earlier this week Brehm said a Board of Elections check of voter registration forms indicated as many as 11 of the 325 signatures on Wallach 's petition were names of deceased voters.
