With the double STAR exemption? Thank you MC1, Rachel and all those who dragged the press kicking and screaming to this scandal. Now that you got your feet wet do it again. There are more whales to fry. |

I wonder if he'll be penalized as any of us would be. |

Are you sure it's for sale? Or is it the rental ad? If he's selling, or trying to again, it's because King Philip knows the taxes in the city are too high, and now higher thanks to the nayboobs for bringing out the theft of taxpayers' money. Again we ALWAYS tell the TRUTH and we provide the EVIDENCE. And the cheerleader(s) are much too embarrassed to post on these boards anymore because the nayboobs have proved his lies. Much too embarrassed to keep talking about how great the city is when ALL the EVIDENCE is proving otherwise |

Ooooops!
Sorry, I assumed, because of a new realtor sign, that it was listed again. Upon checking, like I should've in the first place, it is available to rent for $1900 as of 12/5/12.
Well, it sure beats those new Maddalone townhouses on Barrett St at $1800 per month. Much, much nicer in the Stockade. Wonder why it's not back on the market though. If I were him, I'd be selling. |

He listed it in 2010 for, if I remember, $269,000. He couldn't sell it for anywhere near that, he's way under water on this right now. It would be a huge financial loss. So look for Lady Allah to work with her former boss McC to give her new boss King Philip a hefty raise via taxpayer money. He his heavily mortgaged on this house. And it may be that the "debt fogiveness" thing goes away this coming year, and since NO ONE wants to buy IN the city for anywhere near what the city claims houses are woth, and King Philip can't sell for enough to cover his mortgage, he'll be socked with huge taxes if he sells for less than what is owned, and I can't see him selling for more than what is owed because he's underwater. |
