How ironic because Downtown just lost Olender, 2 restaurants and a hotel. Looks like Niskayuna knows how to bring in NEW business...not just moving them from one side of town to another.

Someone please inform Metroplex that they're time is running out.

Wasn't Moe's slated to come in?  Now, it appears that it will be Chipotle instead.  Too bad, Moe's food is much better, and less expensive.

Chipotle was announced months ago. DVR was jumping up and down with renaissance delight. Mansion Square is 1/10th the size of the original plan. Not much demand for retail in overtax Central.

The interesting one is Men's Warehouse. Death Ray and the Metrograft bozos announced an upscale men's store from Saratoga was moving Downtown 5 years ago. Another lie. The owner took one look at the street traffic and wisely stayed put. Sleepy's will hit Metro Mattress across the street like a ton of bricks. You can't buy furniture, mattresses, clothes or anything else in Downtown Schenectady. But oh the coffee at Morris' Muddy Cup!

Chipotle was already announced. Do they count it twice because they announce it twice? How is St James Square?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
