DV, you keep on saying all this stuff has a "positive" impact. Can you EVER state what the positive impacts are? Is it lower taxes for the homeowners? Is it increased property values? Is it impropvements to the infrastructure? Is it lower crime? Is it better trash collection service? Is it elimination of the double taxation on trash collection? Is it causing houses to sell like hotcakes? Is it people outbidding each other to buy a house? Is it a high graduation rate in high school? Well? Please provide a list---WITH PROOF---of what is better for the RESIDENTS---for the PEOPLE and THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS. Of coruse, each and everyone other person who is a meber of these boards knows full well that you will NOT provide a a list of the positive impacts with proof. |
