Just came back from hearing Governor Cuomo unveil the Capital District Regional Economic Council.  It was a great event -- it is a great plan.   Although I have known him for a number of years - his dynamic performance and great leadership style  reinforced my belief that Andrew Cuomo will be President of the United States someday.
We desperately need to stop thinking/acting parochially  when it comes to economic development and delivering government services --- and begin thinking/acting cooperatively and regionally.  WORKING TOGETHER has not only worked and produced positive results in Schenectady County ... it has worked and produced significant progress in the past 7 months in the hallowed halls of state government ....  and will be the clarion call that unites ALL New Yorkers to move the Empire State FORWARD  -- to show the rest of the country how it should be done.
