After the lesson mother nature has taught us this month maybe it's not such a good idea to build near flood prone rivers.

AKA "renaissance". When are the Sybil's here going to put their money where their big mouth is and buy the first ALCO condo? Get out of the sticks boys. Since you love high taxes, idiot politicians and flooded multi-modal underwater parks this is the place for you. Come and get it!

Right-since there is no demand for condos anywhere in Pit Bull City this has been scratched by "planner" Death Ray. Get one by the City pollution plant on Anthony.

Thank God for our First Responders who have kept us safe. Sheriff Dagaostino has saved countless lives in the Stockade. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Can't buy a condo there until they actually put them up for sale ... It is still a great place for this project.

Explain WHY new housing (of ANY kind) shoiuld be built in the city----AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE-----when there is more than enough EXISTING VACANT housing.

Since virtually no one is buying EXISTING VACANT housing, AND because even rental units are NOT being rented by prospective renters, explain WHY MORE housing should be built....AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE????????

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Might want to find out why one of the flooded streets in the Stockade (North Street) never lost power during the entire course of the flood. Some of those first responders could have easily been electrocuted.
