The GOP can't work across party lines? Right, and Sue Savage fires a Republican on the IDA because she wants...she wanted a DEM. Then the Plex make a deal with this man's tenant and move them into a tax-free shelter Downtown.

The only people the DEMS help are themselves. They don't work with others if they are not a DEM/connected friends and family. Roger Hull would be a pariah for them. Face it, the City is a huge failure. The homeowners know it, everyone who doesn't even live in the City knows it and if November is any saving grace, Mr Hull will be at the hull.

The old ALCO site is a great place for a large business to build not some pie in the sky over-priced apartment complex where nobody will rent them.

EXACTLY! We do not need more surplus housing. The problem is that Metrograft/IDA/County Planning are all filled with DEMS pols without a real planner in sight. No public input-damn the people-we are moving ahead to help our donors. As Cicero said another future Section 8 site to completely implode the Stockade.

Everything is on an ad hoc basis with one failure after another which the running dogs in the media cover up. What the ALCO site needs is another rail spur with room for STS Steel/other heavy manufacturing to grow and prosper. All housing/retail/coffeehouse "plans" should be thrown in the rubbish.

That's called working together works! Make yourself look good-don't create a single job-screw the REPS and screw the County taxpayers. And you wonder why we have a record deficit with these DEM morons running the County? Real "leaders" like Judy DAG. Make sure to listen to one of her speeches. Sell any County property now-before the DEM morons start their Savage County Home and County taxes go up a minimum of $9 MILLION A YEAR>

Section 8/welfare folks are the only folks moving to the city!! That is the ONLY way the democons stay in power. As long as they have a dumbed down society that walks around smelling the a$$ end of the politicians while they are popping out  a kid every year by a different daddy and sticking that needle in their arm and playing target practice with their illegal guns.....the democons will remain in power and continue to make the city a TOTAL sh!thole....while they line their pockets and the pockets of the friends and family club.

If the DEMS honestly stated that they would scare away their few liberal elitist supporters. Another insane project-with no support-brought to you by the Metrograft morons.
