The only people the DEMS help are themselves. They don't work with others if they are not a DEM/connected friends and family. Roger Hull would be a pariah for them. Face it, the City is a huge failure. The homeowners know it, everyone who doesn't even live in the City knows it and if November is any saving grace, Mr Hull will be at the hull.

EXACTLY! We do not need more surplus housing. The problem is that Metrograft/IDA/County Planning are all filled with DEMS pols without a real planner in sight.      Everything is on an ad hoc basis with one failure after another which the running dogs in the media cover up. What the ALCO site needs is another rail spur with room for STS Steel/other heavy manufacturing to grow and prosper. All housing/retail/coffeehouse "plans" should be thrown in the rubbish.
