With the Alliance Party putting up a slate of candidates against the Democrats and the Republicans challenging for seat at the County, with all the political uncertainty for Democrats, I would find it HIGHLY unlikely a business would move into the county for a sweetheart deal that includes targeted property tax exemptions promised by Metrograft and the Dems.

This just in. Wolf's 1-11 of Wolf Road had announced with Death Ray and SS Savage that they were opening a second location at 325 State Street. They announced that they will NOT be opening in Schenectady County and are opening a second location in Downtown Albany at the Times Union Center.

This is the second business that has announced TODAY that they will not be opening at 325 State Street. The implosion is accelerating at a rapid pace. Even businesses that had promised to move Downtown are looking elsewhere.

WTF is Death Ray doing? Not only are long time businesses fleeing by the dozen now announced deals are failing through. Where is the national retailer? Where is the local retailer? Where is the national book store? Where is the national toy store? These idiots must all be cleared out. No wonder the City can't pay County taxes nor school taxes due.

What some more truth? ROTFLMAO! Once you open the can of Metrograft worms no telling what will crawl out. Nobody can believe the fallout.

Wish I was in Tijuna, eating barbequed iguana.

Add Wolf's 1-11 to the list of businesses running from Miracle City. In one day the crepe place locks up, Wolff's went to Downtown Albany and Mexican Radio is taking another look.

Where's Death Ray? Someone from the Gazetto should call him on his yacht and get his latest lies on the latest implosion news. Another Jay St business has announced it's closing. Jay St is starting to look like lower State around Gillen's Gulch.
