The dem machine seems to be on an all out witch hunt for the opposition!! From mccarthy's denial of commissioner of deeds. They know they are in deep sh!t this year and rightfully so!!!

There will be many folks who belong to the 'friends and family club' that have a lot to lose if/when the democon machine empire falls!!! It will be interesting to see who will be kissing who's a$$ after the nov elections!!

Many DEMS are already hedging their bets. No one else would run against Roger Hull. Roger Hull's fund raiser was the most successful in County history. He will be on at least 2 lines. An acting Mayor, who still gets a check for City Council and works full time for the County. Heard of a double dipper but a triple dipper? Another only in Schenectady.

Did they condemn MC's place ?

haha.  City doesn't do code enforcement in the town.  But as you lack property owner status, you wouldn't know anyway.

We keep our home in town very nice anyway

You simply had to make a comment, just becuase the truth is that many homeonwers in the city will not be able to afford to fix some issues within what is usually a 30 day period.....and you just can't handle it that the reason why homeowners don't have the money to fix their homes is because your socialist dem buddies are burdening the homeowners with the property taxes of the millionaires downtown.

Why don't you tell us how much more money the hoimeonwers would have had over the past 8 years or so, if they where not robbed of their money in order to fund the stuff downtown?   I mean, really DV,  tell us WHY the homeonwers had to fund Paul Mitchell's school?   He is worth $4 billion dollars but the homeonwers had to cover some of the cost of his building?   Paul Mitchell could have COMPLETELY funded a redo of every inch of downtown, every speck of asphalt every inch of every building, and every grasp of air in the airspace and he could STILL live in a palace and eat filet mignon every day.   So WHY DV, tell us WHY the homeonwers had to foot some of the bill for his building?   Huh?   Tell DV.   Instead of answering with your usual nonsense yawn or saying we are negative, why don't you actually answer a question.

Tell us WHAT is positive about raising property taxes so high on homeonwers that they risk losing their homes to tax seizure?   Tell us DV, WHAT is so positive about putting homeonwers in a position where they have no money to fix their own homes, thus resulting in code issues?   Tell us DV, will you?   Tell us what is positive about taking money away from homeowners and giving it to millioniares?

It's simple except for the few DEM morons here. No one can afford to improve City property because of the outrageous DEM taxes. If you do any improvements look out for the assessor. But don't blame the DEM morons that have destroyed the City in 35 years of "leadership" in City Council. Then you too partisan, too negative and too truthful.

We used to get them at the old junk yard of an apartment we used to live in.  Every other house around was nice and clean but our landlord never did a damn thing.  It got to the point that we bought our own lawn mower and did it ourselves.  Personally, I think the place should be condemned because I know its not going to last another 5 years.  The whole house is sinking in the center, the siding is asbestos and missing a lot of pieces, the walls are cracking so bad that you can stick your fingers all the way in, and roof leaks.  But, I drove past there a few days ago and he has rented it out to someone.

More threats, suggesting the politically charged police department should silence the political opposition. Since they countenance your threats they must be tacitly endorsing them. Interesting to note for the future.

What's the matter?   You can't state what things are positive since money has been thrown at downtown.  Whats' the matter, you can't respond and say what's positive about high taxes?  What's positive about high crime?   What's positive about roads falling apart, peoples homes being damaged?   So, what's positive FOR THE PEOPLE....FOR THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS.   What's the matter?  You can't come up with an answer?
