America is the name of a geographical area inside arbitrary borders. Geographical areas don't make decision to build embassies and provide security for embassies or overthow governments in other geographic areas where our government has an embassy - government bureaucrats do.

Obama, the Commander and Chump, the Buck Stops Here leader of the government has the blood of 4 dead government agents on his hands.

The political and geographical area inside our borders is what the rest of us call "The United
States Of America".
By your many postings in opposition to almost everything that group holds sacred, and by your
alignment with  the sworn enemies of the United States,  can I assume that you no longer consider
yourself a member of that group?

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral

What and WHO the hell are "sworn enemies of the United State?  Who swore them in?  Who makes that decision for 300 Million people?  Is there a swearing in ceremony?

What is "sacred"?  Are state symbols sacred?  How about religious symbols and rituals, are they "sacred"?  You sure have no problem shitting on anything Christian or Catholic.  But that's ok, because you hold the state government as your "sacred" institution.  You don't believe Crosses and Bishops and Cardinals are sacred, but flags, eagles, monuments and Senators are "sacred".

Catholics, Muslims, Hindu's Mormons, Jews and countless other "groups" have their own sacred beliefs.  They can have their sacred beliefs, as long as they worship the sacred state FIRST before their sacred God.

Mitt Romney continued to be hammered in the media on Wednesday night and Thursday morning over
his response to the attacks in Egypt and Libya — though some conservatives began coming to his defense.
Romney endured a day of terrible press after he criticized the Obama administration's response to protests
in Cairo and Benghazi, as well as the killing of the American ambassador to Libya. Though the attack
that killed Christopher Stevens may have been planned — and though seemingly everything about the
supposed film that sparked the protests has now been called into question — both reliable
conventional-wisdom-peddlers and even some right-wing analysts said that Romney had made
a serious mistake by distorting the timeline of the Egyptian embassy's response to the protests,
and by making such a harsh political attack on the White House.

As Wednesday wore on, pundits continued reacting with astonishment at Romney's response.
Speaking to Rachel Maddow, NBC's Andrea Mitchell said that "It was one of those moments where
the character and the policy were both revealed."
She speculated that Romney may have been
looking to satisfy some of the conservative commentators who have been openly attacking his campaign
strategy.

"I think they were looking for an opportunity," she said. "...This is a serious business. This is not
the stuff of combative political press releases. I can't recall, Rachel, and I don't think you can, another
time when the United States was under fire, literally, where a presidential candidate in either party
put out a press release.

Peggy Noonan, who made waves with her criticism of Romney on Fox News, had an even more withering
assessment for her own Wall Street Journal.

"Romney looked weak today," she said. "At one point, he had a certain slight grimace on his face when
he was taking tough questions from the reporters, and I thought, 'He looks like Richard Nixon.'"

On Thursday morning, Joe Scarborough said he had been "absolutely flabbergasted" by Romney's response.

Even Bill O'Reilly called Romney out, though very briefly. Playing footage of Romney criticizing the Egyptian
embassy for issuing a statement that was "akin to apology."

"I'm not sure the Governor is correct on that," O'Reilly said. "The embassy was trying to head off the
violence. Being conciliatory in that kind of a situation seems logical."

Newspaper editorial boards across the country blasted Romney's response as well. The Washington
Post called it "a discredit to his campaign" and the Los Angeles Times said it was an "outrageous
exercise in opportunism." The Boston Globe labeled it "offensive on many other levels" beyond the
timing of his remarks.

The fact-checking brigades also had their knives out for Romney. The Associated Press, for instance,
said he had "seriously mischaracterized what had happened in a statement accusing President Barack
Obama of "disgraceful" handling of violence there and at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo."

Who is the rest of "us"?  You and the mouse in your pocket.  Most of "us"(our ancestors) immigrated from another geographical region determined by arbitrary boarders in order to get away from the tyrants governing them in that geographic region.  You can call the area what is consider the United States whatever you want, you can call it Happy Fun Land.  When the "rulers" of Happy Fun Land are incarcerating their population at the highest rate on the planet and invading countries and carrying out drone attacks in six other geographic areas killing innocent men women and children, I don't have to blindly salute the rulers of Happy Fun Land, just because they control the government of Happy Fun Land.

Look around Cicero...
You stand alone... the rest of the people from both Left and Right in the other group...are The Americans.

As in North American and South American, or Central American?

Thanks for the compliment again box!  Yes, I stand alone, I have separated myself from the sheep. Try it, it's quite liberating.  That group think thing is pretty dangerous.  Germany used the same Prussian Schooling techniques to condition their society for group think.  America uses the same system of education to homogenize and condition the mass psychology of our society.  That didn't end so well for Germany, hopefully it won't end the same for this nation.

Has President Obama turned Mitt Romney into John Kerry?

"Both men are multimillionaires who call Massachusetts home, have reputations as flip-floppers,
vacation at inopportune times, and are widely perceived as stiff, not terribly personable, and a little
out of touch. Here's another similarity: Both men faced incumbents with strong poll numbers on
national security, an advantage that both George W. Bush and President Obama have pressed."

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows Mitt Romney attracting support from 47% of voters nationwide, while President Obama earns 46% of the vote. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

This is the first time in a week that Romney has held even a single-point advantage. See daily tracking history. Romney is now supported by 18% of white Democrats.

Romney has solidified the GOP vote and holds a 77-point lead among Republicans. That’s slightly larger than Obama’s 72-point advantage among Democrats.

Mitt Romney's botched Libya response: Could it cost him the election?

Almost everyone agrees: Romney flubbed his reaction to the anti-American violence in Egypt and
Libya. Come November, will voters hold it against him?

Esquire/Yahoo Poll: Obama Up 4 Points Over Romney Nationally

President Barack Obama holds an edge over Mitt Romney among men, women, independents and non-whites,
while also reaching the 50 percent threshold overall, according to a new poll released Thursday.

The poll, conducted by Langer Research Associates and commissioned by Esquire and Yahoo! News, shows
Obama leading Romney among likely voters nationwide, 50 percent to 46 percent.  It's the latest evidence
that Obama is riding momentum from the Democratic National Convention.  A CNN poll released earlier this
week showed the president opening up a 6-point lead, while Obama hit the 50 percent mark in Gallup's daily
tracking poll on Tuesday for the first time since April.

ROMNEY ASKED FOR 10 YEARS OF TAX RETURNS FROM VP

The Romney campaign required each of the candidates on its vice presidential short list to hand
over 10 years of tax returns, the Daily Beast reported Thursday. That’s eight more years of returns
than Romney himself has revealed to the American public — a move for which he’s been ridiculed
from Republicans and Democrats alike. Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) previously indicated
that he had been required to turn over a “bunch” of returns during the vetting process, but did
not give a specific number.
