They had no choice but put it out to bid 'beyond' schenectady county.

Between the highest taxed county in the state AND gas prices.......no one can afford it!!!!!

Locals also know about the DEM street conditions in the City. Surprised they didn't sell it for a dollar the going rate for property Downtown. Had enough-YET?

Don't know what the problem is here. If the City sold this vehicle with all the perks the City employees receive (milage reimbursement, free gas, free insurance, etc), maybe you'd have a better outcome.
