I fully understand that it was both of them as a part of the 16%... however, the ANALyzer of the data conveniently does not break out the 16% further as not to tarnish Barry. But the ANALyzer has no problem pointing Bush out on the tax cuts.. tax cuts that were EXTENDED by Barry.. of course, Bush gets all the blame. PLUS, Barry also ends up giving us a 1 year reduction in SS payroll taxes... making a bad deficit situation worse... also a fact not in the graph.

These may be the RECENT changes, but tell me why we're not figuring in the first try at national healtcare that was brought in by LBJ (aka Medicare / Medicaid), which by the way, was the first try at national healthcare, they just decided to do it for the elderly and the indigent, since they couldn't sell the full thing one shot even back in 1965.
