He could have been chased.
So, please profie your explanation to justify giveing tax money to downtown and ignoring the neighborhoods.....do you STILL believe in spending the money downtown at the expense of the neighborhoods? Or do you feel it's justified to raise taxes on the financially struggling homeowners????? Well?

Man stabbed in the head in Schenectady May 17, 2011 5:42 PM CBS 6 Staff SCHENECTADY -- According to Schenectady Police a man was stabbed several times in the head in the area of Steinmetz Home.
It happened just before 4 o’clock Tuesday.
The man police say ran to 915 Pleasant Street where he called police.
No word yet on why he was stabbed or his condition.

The city is attracting violent criminals because of the poor economic conditions, poor social policies, poor public school system, and poor law enforcement with a corrupt union. The gun buy back program is the silliest, feel good, ineffective, bull$hit program to address the crime problem in the city. So the point of my sarcastic remark was that when your policies attract violent criminals and your schools continue to fail, buying back guns from those who are willing to sell them doesn't keep the violent criminal from committing violence...THEY WILL USE A KNIFE!
