Those darn right wing Islam haters trying to set off a bomb in an suv in NYC, detonate their underwear, and in a shoe on a plane. We just have to stop those right wingers.

The worldwide problem is not Islamic militants! It's you Ron Raul supporters who want to get back to founding principles. BTW, President Obama has ordered us never to utter the phrase Islamic militants. It is very offensive to the followers of piece. They must be respected and receive all rights-so what if they aren't citizens? BTW they convert people at the NYC Easter Parade? This is news. The Easter Parade is as religious as the former Downtown Christmas Parade now renamed Holiday Parade as to not offend Muslim "sensibilities".

the right wing wackos are the only thing standing between us and tyranny? omg, that is the most brainless statement ever.. right wing wackos are a threat to any democracy -- sorry... read your history, look up hitler.... u remember him? he was a right wing wacko.

ron paul is a wacko
newt is a wacko
ronald reagan was a wacko
the christian evangs are total space monkey wackos.

reread your definition of tyranny

Just wondering, was it the slaughtering of millions of people that made Hitler a right wing wacko?  His full belief in the separation of church and state, allowing freedom to follow any religion one wants?  His wanting to live peacefully among his neighbors?

America is a Republic not a democracy, democracy is mob rule which can strip others rights away with a 51% majority, a Republic protects all rights no matter how popular an opinion is. Democracies kill Democracies always had always will.

Many conservatives accuse Hitler of being a leftist, on the grounds that his party was named "National Socialist." But socialism requires worker ownership and control of the means of production. In Nazi Germany, private capitalist individuals owned the means of production, and they in turn were frequently controlled by the Nazi party and state. True socialism does not advocate such economic dictatorship -- it can only be democratic. Hitler's other political beliefs place him almost always on the far right.

To most people, Hitler's beliefs belong to the extreme far right. For example, most conservatives believe in patriotism and a strong military; carry these beliefs far enough, and you arrive at Hitler's warring nationalism. This association has long been something of an embarrassment to the far right.

Hitler & the far Right agree on:
    Individualism over collectivism.
    Racial segregation over racial tolerance.
    Merit over equality.
    Competition over cooperation.
Power politics and militarism over pacifism.
One-person rule or self-rule over democracy.
    Capitalism over Marxism.
    Realism over idealism.
    Nationalism over internationalism.
    Exclusiveness over inclusiveness.
    Gun ownership over gun control
Common sense over theory or science.
    Pragmatism over principle.
    Religion over secularism.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

...yeah, that Hitler really made sure all the people in Germany had their arms so they could stand up his government. Especially the Jews. He was an ultra-religious Catholic too and was big on one individual rights.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Although Hitler did not practice religion in a churchly sense, he certainly believed in the Bible's God. Raised as Catholic he went to a monastery school and, interestingly, walked everyday past a stone arch which was carved the monastery's coat of arms which included a swastika. As a young boy, Hitler's most ardent goal was to become a priest. Much of his philosophy came from the Bible, and more influentially, from the Christian Social movement. (The German Christian Social movement, remarkably, resembles the Christian Right movement in America today.)
