Losing? If one life is saved, we've all won.

I guess the answer to my latest question is "not much" - and my previous question still goes unanswered.

Moble terminal  you did not pay attention in biology 101- read up  a little more and get back to us with a definition of life- not your personal definition- because that doesn't mean diddly squat  and  you quoting scripture out of context ? is wrong-

Biology clearly states life begins at conception.  The biology definition of life would further support the pro life people not the pro death people.

Life begins at conception?  It would appear that MT is missing something.
The Human Sperm is ALIVE, Right?
So human sperm is alive BEFORE SEX, BEFORE CONCEPTION, (but MT is already lost.)

If HUMAN SPERM IS ALIVE BEFORE CONCEPTION... Is masturbation Murder??? (Of course not)
If HUMAN SPERM JOINS WITH HUMAN EGG at CONCEPTION... IS abortion them  Murder???(Again, of course not)

Life begins at Conception is a Right Wing catch all that fits their agenda... doesn't make sense, but it sounds good!

Is cancer human life??? YUP!  IS an appendix human tissue... YES of course it is.  IS human Sperm human life... Again yes.  Boring huh?
So why is it that all of a sudden, normally reasonable people will consider a human sperm and a human egg... a blob of cells as a human PERSON?  Ridiculous huh?

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

You and Cicero clearly refuse to pick up the most basic biology text= willful ignorance . You keep posting your personal definitions of life, pretending to know science  ( at least basic biology ) , putting forth a political agenda disguised a a religious truth- sick man ! you need to get your facts straight-

LIFE  is certainly sacred

This issue should be left up to the states

Personal definitions of life?  Are you that much of a failure you can't read? I posted >30 examples of scientific fact that life begins at conception/fertilization.

One thing we agree on, life IS sacred.

You post nothing of the sort- no definitions of life - you cut and paste quotes from doctors talking about 'life '?  Im telling you man find you self a 3rd grade biology text and start reading.- it will be a sobering experience.

The religionists and philosophical definitions of life may not necessarily be scientific.

The government will never reverse Roe vs Wade. It became popular when they thought that it would be a population control issue for the blacks! And since the percentage of abortions is higher in the black community, the rule will stay. The government just can't continue to support black women having 7-10 kids by different absentee fathers......so.........MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

It's cheaper to abort them than to feed and clothe 'em for life!

Life is sacred.  If you feel that way then it should apply across the board.  No Death Penalty because life is sacred.

Roe vs. Wade is settled law.

if one has 5 children and little food then having an abortion to save food to feed the rest rules
if you and I are the only 2 people left (that we know of) and there is 1 apple, you can bet I would kill you for it

life IS sacred but only the one you have control over. letting the government decide what you have control over in such a personal matter as such insidiouly removes
one's ability to survive and thrive.

so if keeping YOUR conception to full personhood is your goal, then in your sacred life, by all means do that and if that keeps your mind free of guilt, go ahead
but, you dont need the government to allow you to do this, it's YOUR choice.

when the government says you have to keep it, they will also take it.........what I have read is that 'god' gives it(free will) to you and 'god' doesn't take it back

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
