They have deliberately pushed out the middle class to make room for the drug addicts/dealers and criminals, while they increased taxes to the highest in the state with a school that can't graduate 50% of it's students. It's called a 'dumbed downsociety'
The working middle class beat feet a while ago and the few that are left are just 'walking away'!!
