SCHENECTADY, N.Y.-- During two separate occasions on Saturday, two cars crashed into two different buildings, leaving one person with sustained injuries in one case, and the other a pending investigation.
According to police, a car drove straight into a home in Schenectady around 12:00PM on Saturday. The automobile crashed into the porch of house on Colgate Street, leaving the driver with minor injuries.
In a different case, just 15 minutes later, police responded to another accident in which a car hit the Upstate Equipment Company on Crane Street around 12:15PM.
When police arrived, nobody was found inside the car. They are currently investigating the incident.
Are these homes positioned on a bad turn or curve in the road that cause these multiple 'drive thrus'?

Right! The conditions of the streets, especially major ones, in the City is an absolute disgrace. Seward Place is on the redo list but McClellan, Brandywine, Crane and Union are all horrible.
Understand there is no money left for minor streets but City cars and phones must be collected so that major streets can be repaved. Stratton and the DEMS will be remembered for failing to keep the infrastructure in any kind of repair. Wasted millions on expensive curbing that no one cared about. Repaving of major streets cannot be delayed another year.
The new administration, if elected, will have their hands full with this mess. It will take decades to undo the damage that these tax and spend sailors left behind!!!
And the first place they should cut?..............The proctors money pit!!!!!! And morris is well aware of that I'm sure!!!

Hopefully Mercury Morris is also on a list. Unbelievable how he stiffed both Stratton and Savage-refusing to repay the County sheeple anything and still struts around Downtown barking orders. Will Jamestown take him back? lol.
If Proctor's is such a smash-GREAT! Get off the oppressed County taxpayers back and start paying something for City/County services.
