There's a house for DV in the city he calls a miracle.   Perhaps time to become an independent adult man and get out on your own?  It's ONLY just under $400,000.    Based on what DV says how Schenectady is in this miracle renaissance, well, then it should double in value within a couple years.

And shaking those pom poms for all the taxpayers handouts to millionaires, well, aren't those handouts supposed to increase the tax base?   The of course, the OVER $10,000 annual tax bill should be cut in half, riight?

Hey, it's a nice house, and it's historic which has it's place for the hysterical preservationists, and those that like that style, but let's start a betting pool, no money for real, but everyone tell us how much you would wager and what the sale date would be if you were betting.

I'll say $100 on a closing date in 2013.    Another $100 says the sale price will be $250,000 or less

The place is only assessed (full market value) for $247,000)

Philip Morris should have waited to buy, he has the money.  Oh, wait, he knows how bad it is to live in the city, he doesn't want to pay the high taxes, so he made sure he got the bloated salary at taxpayer expense, rakes in $5 million in just four short weeks, and REFUSES to pay one penny in taxes.   And in terms of personal residence, he doesn't want to pay the high taxes for a crime filled, drug infested, dirty dangerous city with high taxes and very very little in city services

No off street parking but priced to sell at $385,000! Low City/School taxes {lol} and no neighborhood school. I'm sure Mercury Morris, Landslide Savage and Death Ray will all be running in from the suburbs to put skin in the game.

Naah, they would rather tell us how great things are Downtown from the cushy confines of Rozendale or Rotterdam. Mercury Morris recently fled the Stockade for Rotterdam where he installed a brand new restaurant size kitchen. Since he militantly refuses to pay any of Stratton fair share PILOT-more for him. Coming soon-ticket surcharges!
