'I Thought My 9-Pound Baby Was a Stomachache'

A 35-year-old mother-of-two – who had no idea that she was pregnant with her third child – delivered a healthy 9-pound baby boy after going to the hospital with a severe stomachache, The Daily Mail reported.

Lesley Nicholl from England said she was amazed when she was told she was carrying a baby who was already a few days overdue. Hours later, she gave birth via cesarean section at Homerton Hospital, in East London.

Nicholl said she had scans and tests at the hospital to figure out what was wrong – but she was still in major pain.

“Eventually they discovered there was this baby inside me, right up against my rib cage,” she said
