HEY DV, you need a job, why don't you buy it?

Here is the link to it.

Just randomly picking a realty company.  MLS # is 201100258   I'd like to see the ad with the reduced price.   Generally listings at realtors are updated on Wednesdays.

Interesting that she is using a non-Schdy realtor too.

Mortgage Payments

The approximate monthly Principal & Interest payment for this property would be $434.36.
This payment is based on a 30-year loan at a fixed rate of 5.5% with a down payment of $8,500. Actual lender interest rates and loan programs may vary.

Here's some additional information that was on the site.  Too bad it doesn't give you an idea of what the taxes are like on this property.  Also, in order to have this location, do you need to be part of DSIC?  Is there a charge for that?  Yearly?  Monthly?  Or does someone come to "visit" to take your "insurance payments?"

Also, for anyone that's interested in getting started downtown, there are 70 different business locations all right downtown that are available at the DSIC's website...

"sh*t city" is what we call your candy store

I don't have a candy store...
But people from outside Schit City actually come over the city line for some things? Boy, you have to put a stop to that, don't you? What else is new? Anti business, anti-jobs, anti-tax base...

I'm not sure that it's the whole building that is for sale.  At least the ad indicates one story and that building is more than one story.   Actually, the address every place you look is advertised to be 183 Jay St, however, there does not seem to be an address like that on the county tax rolls.   Have to do some more research

Sent via PM as I do not have permission to share/post it here from the agent or MLS service.

HUGE PRICE REDUCTION! Own/operate a successful, quaint Montreal style Bistro. Turn key operation includes all equipment. Great location directly across from Proctors Theatre in the popular "Pedestrian Only" Jay Street shopping area. This business is within the "Empire Zone". Seller is willing to hold mortgage. Business opportunity ONLY, no bricks & mortar.

It's a business sale only-no building. Buyer still responsible for rent. Every property owner is liable for the oppressive DSIC tax, which is yet another cost on Downtown property owners. They buy things like tree grates that end up in recycle yards and no one knows from nuthin.

Another pathetic chapter in the implosion of Downtown Schenectady aka {Miracle City}. There are 6 other Downtown businesses closing in the next 2 months. Olender's and the Bistro are the tip of the iceberg. Working together works!

Perhaps the business can be sold.......but it should be moved and opened in another location....out of schenectady county. I'm sure a business like that would do very well in Saratoga.

AYEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I was going to wait til Wednesday for the real estate sites to get updated.  But I went googling around and here's the Coldwell Banker listing.   Here is the price reduction!   Yikes, this one is going to take a big loss I'm sure.  Granted, it's said that she wants to get into the catering rather than this stye business but if a business is as successful as it would have to be in order for the citiy to be defined as being in a renaissance, well, buyers would be flocking to scoop up a business like that.

But no takers

No just remember, we good people are not liars like the city cheerleaders.  We learn things that the dems don't want the public to know, we learn things that get hidden on some back page, but speak about them and we provide the proof.   Unlike some city cheerleaders who make statements and can never provide proof

Here it is

http://www.coldwellbankerprime.com/Property/NY/12305/Schenectady/183_JAY_ST

See, people with brains can find all the truths.   Cheerleaders still repeat things 6 months, a year later, but never provide proof

THERE IS A BUSINESS LIKE IT ON PHILA STREET IN SARATOGA AND IT ROCKS. People coming out of there all the time. Of course Schit City is a better place to be because of the amazing infrastructure, the progressive politicians and tax rate which allows the city to efficiently deliver all forms of service to its taxpayers now that there is a liberal renaissance. I didn't even mention the upscale clientele. LOW CRIME TOO!

That's because it's in Saratoga. What's hilarious is when these DEM morons compare the two Downtowns. Only a complete nitwit thinks there's any comparison.

Things are so bad that a DEM cheer leader left for Saratoga County before his term expired. He couldn't wait until January to leave the tax hell he created.

Since the lady who is selling the business stated that she is NOT selling because of a lack of business .. but rather because she wants to go into catering  -------- there is obviously NO EVIDENCE that this is an example of a failure at all.   It is just a business person choosing to move on to something else.
