The Saratoga race track - like many other  horse racing facilities have many illegals working and living at the track and many horse farms in the surrounding areas hire illegals to work on these farms too -

Yeah I would, IF I knew even one horse farm owner other than the two or three I know that work with their spouses and children to board riding horses. In 2007 SARATOGA racetrack  almost missed opening day because they could not find enough LEGAL  aliens to tend to the horses.  Only you wouldn't know the track is infested with illegal track help.  

Unfortunately the economy being what is, it is easier to hire an illegal.  No different than outsourcing ony it's local!
