Furthermore, you think it is a good thing for elected officials to lie about what they want??????????

Good point...It's not good for an elected official to hide their true intention.  Even if gadfly believes to know ND's true intention despite her public support REMS, how the hell can people ever trust if her public opinions are her true intentions?  You would always have to second guess what she is saying.

Ron Severson, ESQ(wannabe)

RE: People of the State of New York v. Ron Severson

Dear Mr. Severson, we acknowledge you have decided to represent yourself in this matter. Please be advised that the charges pending against you (i.e. illegal gambling) and those which could be pending in the future (i.e. tax fraud for your failure to report taxable gains on gambling income) are serious crimes which could lead to significant prison time. We recommend you seek COMPETENT legal counsel (it is the position of this office that a couple undergrad classes in pre-law do not result in one being deemed qualified to practice law). Based on your previous behavior (i.e. posting on the blogs that you and your family members have violated the laws of the State of New York and the laws of the United States), we do not believe you have the intellectual wherewithal to represent yourself and will be filing a motion with the Court that you be required to obtain counsel.

Very truly yours,

Robert Carney, ESQ(for realz)
District Attorney
Schenectady County

Now you resort to criminal impersonation of another person ... you could get a lot of jail time for that.

I hope you still have your sense of humor when they slap the handcuffs on your wrists and take you off to jail.

Lucky for me Mr. Carney IS an attorney and UNDERSTANDS principles of constitutional law so I'm really not worried Ron....And actually if I get hauled off to jail I will be laughing because it would result in a huuuuuuuuuuuuge lawsuit against the county for malicious prosecution......

Gadfly so You are saying that ND told everyone she supported rems, had their sign on her lawn sat there at town hall for the results with rems attorney and said she felt bad for rems but that she really wanted the district to fail? Do you have ANYTHING to back that up other than you just don't want to believe she disagreed with you? Furthermore, you think it is a good thing for elected officials to lie about what they want??????????

ND never said she supported a tax to fund REMS....I don't think anyone had anything against REMS...taxpayers just don't want to
subsidize their operation...as we can surmise from the voting results...so we can't accuse ND of lying about statements she never
made.

I hope she does a better job putting her talking points together if she intends to run for office because that is a bit laughable... You asked her to take down the REMS sign and put your sign up she refused and told you not to touch her sign!

Spidey is absolutely right!

ND must be held to the same standard at ST, GP and the JS's.

She is not electable.

A run for Supervisor is still speculation...and you were a candidate while you publicly supported the ambulance tax while privately
claiming to oppose it...so spare me GB.
