FDG SHOULD be paying for the labor attorney's services. This is his personal battle. He is so transparent....you can see right thru him! |

i hear the resolution to hire goldburg in 2011 cant be found and now they are looking to see what the term of the 2010 resolution was
if the minutes to the meetins were approved and posted on the web things might be easier to find
EE most likely filed it in file 13 in the circular file -
FDG -why not have her come to work so she can show you where it is |

The verbatim minutes to the Town Board meetings - at least for the first 3 months of 2010 - were in the Town Clerk's office in August ---- and so are all of the video recordings. Even if the verbatim minutes for later meetings have not been typed up, the video recordings are all in the Town Clerk's office. |

Your guess is as good as mine. I know that the Parks Commission and the Planning Commission - approve their minutes at the next following meeting -- can't say anything about the other commissions or boards as I don't attend their meetings. And the Parks Commission minutes are all on file at the Town Clerk's office -- except for December 2010 and January 2011 - which will be approved at our next meeting and delivered to the Town Clerk's office sometime the next day. Our commission does not have paid clerical help -- our secretaries are volunteers. |

But ... But ... 10 days ago (Feb 6) you said:
All the minutes and agendas have been given to the Town Clerk's Office -- with the exception of the December 2010 and January 2011 minutes which need to be approved.
The only thing that I did not give the Town Clerk's office were copies of various articles and papers that I put together for the commission members to be prepared for discussion.
I am sure that every piece of paper generated for the Parks Commission is in both physical and electronic form at my home.

Our NEXT meeting is not until next week -- so obviously .. one can not file the approved minutes of the January meeting BEFORE they are approved and they will be approved at the February meeting -- and, as stated previously, we did not approve the December minutes at the January meeting. They will be approved at the February meeting. If you still can't understand that .... at this point ... it is your problem --- deal with it. |

So, when you said:

You lied? According to that statement, Decembers should have been approved in January - yet now you're saying they won't be approved till February's meeting. Why the delay? |

Why the delay?
No -- I did not lie ... and the fact is in the process of welcoming the new members and visitors ... making sure the new members had copies of various items -- I accidentally skipped over the minutes and went right into the various topics on our agenda. It was a simple mistake .. no one was hurt .. life will go on. |

I guess you can spin it however you'd like. The fact is, your statement there was incorrect. In your words, case closed. |

It isn't spin -- the fact is that unlike the Town Board --- the Parks Commission does approve its minutes and then file them in the Town Clerk's Office in a timely fashion. And we do so without a paid staff person to take and type the minutes. Quite frankly -- if you don't like it --- it is your problem --- deal with it. |
