Proctors is an illegal corporation hiding behind a non-profit tax status to create for profit businesses for money grabs to bail out Morris's financial mismanagement of the Theatre. The insiders say he has ruined the theatre and eventually will leave the community with a boat load of debt. He tried to get a job in NYC and after he could not decided to buy another house here. Friends in Jamestown have told me that he left that theatre in debt. His actions are a cause of the administration change that will be happening shortly. |

I'll bet when Phillip Morris leaves the city, Proctors will be under a mountain of debt but Morris will leave with a boat load of cash in his pocket IMHO. |

If that is true - he should watch out...
The lesson of Bell, CA... Is that there is a line that can be crossed where financial abuse will trigger an attorney general's prosecution. |

Must be the Bell Witch... |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |

Proctor’s Theater; The Black Hole Behind The Curtain By Patricia E. Zollinger I could never really understand the fascination that has some people enamored with Proctor’s Theater. Whatever drives the love affair between Proctor’s and those who love it is and has been a costly arrangement to the Schenectady taxpayers. On February 7, 2011 on my personal blog (www.patzollinger.us) I posted a spreadsheet reflecting an initial number of thirty properties in downtown Schenectady that pay little or no tax. As I add onto that list I would like to expand a bit on Proctor’s Theater, the largest drain to the taxpayer on the 400 block of State Street. continued at: http://www.schenectadyinformer.com/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?m-1298161832/ |
