Here's a Mom who is doing a great job with her daughters education, and the government thinks they decide where the child is schooled OMG.
This should not even be in court.

After watching the entire video, it is a clear case of the divorced mom and dad with differences of how their child should be schooled. It sounds like the courts got involved only because the dad brought the case to the bench. It's more of a domestic dispute, sounds like to me.

The person who has custody (in this case, sole custody) should be allowed to choose how the minor is educated.

They have 'joint custody'. It doesn't necessarily mean where the child 'resides'. If the divorce papers say 'joint custody'...they both have 'equal' say in every aspect of the child's life.

Like I said....it's a domestic dispute that the courts must now decide on. I wouldn't want to be the judge.
