so Proctors is restored while the rest of the city is falling apart.
We the taxpayers of the city see our bills rise, while services are not any better, we are paying for the misdeeds at city hall and in the school district.

Don't confuse him with the facts his mind is made up. None dare call it implosion. President Obama will fly off and we will be stuck with the same DEM morons running every institution into the dirt. Hopefully the worst Mayor in history will slip him his resume. Schenectady's gain can be the Nation's loss.

Maybe President Obama is coming to town to give both the worst Mayor in City history AND Landslide Savage federal appointments? Then we would all have something to celebrate.

DV- Do you really post what you really feel or just to get a rise out of people ?  I'm asking this honestly as I think many see Schenectady different. Many years ago it was a wonderful city, now its just a big mess, unless you get to own a business that makes a good profit and not pay any taxes or live outside of the city and maybe work in an office downtown?

We the taxpayers of the city see our bills rise, while services are not any better, we are paying for the misdeeds at city hall and in the school district.

I post what i believe -- and I believe that Schenectady is better off today than it was 10 years ago and I
believe that the success of Proctor's and Metroplex has been an instrumental part of that.  The job is
not done -- a lot of work still needs to be done -- but I'd much rather have the city be where it is at today
than where it was 10 years ago.

Yeah...Maybe Obama is tapping Stratton and Savage to help with the worst economy since the great depression. Since Savage and Stratton have experience in failed central planning through metroplex in Schenectady, he would like to appoint them to oversee more failed central planning and waste at the national level.

They can teach the President how to turn around Main St and make it produce even less tax revenues. This should be expanded Nationwide-how to make $100 MILLION in tax money disappear. With only a few new facades to show for it. Anything that gets these two fiscal incompetents out of the County would be beneficial.

I hope the Secret Service rounds up the Nattering Nayboobs of Negativity and keeps them safely locked up
until the President is safely on his way back to DC ...   or they could just throw away the key and leave them
locked up.

So now you are publicly calling on the Secret Service to round up people that DISAGREE WITH DEMOCRATIC POSITIONS, LOCALLY? And you are publicly asking they be held indefinitely even though there is no charge, legally against them?

We know now how dangerous you are to liberty.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Oh that's right.  Keep everything a secret.  Don't tell taxpayers that they are getting screwed  by the dems.  And don't let the taxpayers tell the president that they are losing their homes to the welfare handouts to millionaires.

DV would be just the type to contact the SS.     But surely the SS has much more intelligence than DV, they would see him for how stupid he is.   Remember the tax cut issue last month. the concern that the middle and lower income working people would get stuck with paying higher taxes.  Obama wanted the tax cuts extended for the non rich, that PROVES DV wrong.  Obama does NOT want the middle and lower income people to pay high taxes, So, go ahead and report all the names on this board to the Secret Service.  If we were rounded up, you can get our families and our neighbors will be the first to go to the news and report our "disappearance."  And upon learning that we would have been rounded up for posting meesages in opposition to the county leadership taking money from the financially struggling people in order to dole it out to the well heeled, and not for any threat to the pres, wow, WOW, that would be funnier than watching Red Skelton, Jeff Dunham, George Carlin, and Rue McClenahan combined!

What do YOU think, DV. what do you think the president would say if he heard that people in Schenectady were losing their homes to non-payment of taxes because they could not afford to pay the taxes of the millionaires downtown?  Would he say "tough sh*t" or would he have changes made in federal law to prohibit welfare to millionaires in this manner?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

What would Obama SAY?  He'd be all over it like a hot press topic - just to get his skinny butt in front of a camera.  It's now what he SAYS that scares me, it's what he's doing when he's NOT talking that scares me.

A wise woman once said, watch out when he shakes your hand, it usually means he's got a back stabbing knife in the other.

The president should bring a couple checks with him --- one from the Federal Government to build the new multi-modal station downtown and another from the DNC to help us troops who are out on the frontlines of the
battle to save America from the vast right-wing conspiracy.
