Women arrested on prostitution charges in city SCHENECTADY — Two women were arrested Saturday on prostitution charges. Police picked up 43-year-old Yolanda C. Amsler of 534 Schenectady St. at around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Schenectady and Strong streets. Later that morning at around 6:30 a.m. authorities arrested Antionette L. Bestvina, 44, of 632 Bluff Ave., in Schenectady on Wylie Street.
