DELANSON, N.Y. (AP) - State police say a road rage encounter led to a home invasion near Albany.
They say a Delanson man was followed home and got involved in a heated argument with two men who pulled into his driveway Sunday evening.
Then the other driver followed the homeowner into his house and was beaten unconscious during the ensuing fight.
Troopers say 25-year-old Sean H. Kingsland, also of Delanson, was taken to a Schenectady hospital for treatment of head wounds. He was released from the hospital Monday and charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor attempted assault. His passenger was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass.
The name of the homeowner was not released.

SUPREMELY run public safety! |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |

SUPREMELY run public safety!
Wait, The Supremes are in charge of public safety now? I guess that would explain the new signage. |

According to DV, everything in this county is supremely handled and managed because of Sue SaVAGE. It is a little miracle on the Mohawk. |
