Taxes are too high because of DEM overspending. DEMS also "understand the importance of high taxes" as Mr. Quail has stated many times.

In the City these fiscal DEM nit wits have increased spending 40% in 7 years. Spending is up over 25% in the County. They have a golf pro making 100% of the golf cart rentals. One moronic DEM decision after another. Blaming a minority State Senator {soon to be majority again-thank God} is absurd. Why didn't the DEMS address the unfunded mandate issue? They controlled every State office. Because they "understand the importance of high taxes".

It is quite clear and obvious to the 'informed' that it is the liberal socialists that can and should take ALL of the credit for the fine shape schenectady county is in.
DVR is absolutely correct!!

It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for creating and supporting more non-profits in schenectady county's history!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for luring businesses to schenectady county on the taxpayer's dime!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for giving businesses a tax exempt status!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for making the taxpayers pay for these tax exempt businesses!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for the increase in crime in schenectady county!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for 1 rapist and 2 shooters that are on the loose in Schenectady county!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for Kosiur's $80K created patronage job!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for the over inflated county welfare hand out program!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for an inadequate DSS building!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for negotiating and giving away millions in wages/benefits to unions!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for Mt.Pleasant being worse than hamilton hill.
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for making the taxpayers pay for the relocation and taxes for Villa Italia!
It is the liberal socialists that can take credit for making the taxpayers pay for the relocation and taxes for marcella's!

Sorry folks....my fingers are cramping........anyone else want to give CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE??

you folks can't take responsibility for the mistakes that YOUR party made running Schenectady County
and the State Senate  --- don't forget you had Pataki as Governor for 12 long years doing nothing

seems to be the same pattern --- Pataki, Bruno, Farley  ... all got richer during GOP rule and everyone else
suffered

The GOP controlled the State Senate from BEFORE  Farley took office in January 1, 1977 up through
December 31, 2008.

Farley held the 3rd highest position in the majority -- Majority Whip for most of the time that the GOP was
in a majority ....  if you are in a leadership post in your party  and your party is in control of the State
Senate
.... and you can't get anything done  --- you should be fired.

Jim Tedisco -- who has been in the minority party in the Assembly all of his time in the State Assembly
has done more for Schenectady --- an Jim Tedisco has accomplished more than Hugh Farley ever did.

The problem is not specifically the GOP or the DNC.

It is without a doubt progressivism.

Unfortunately both parties seem to have fallen victim to it - one party more than the other, but they both have the illness.

We simply cannot afford to continue the "government will take care of you" philosophy.

It is making us weaker and our adversaries stronger.

The problem in New York ... is EVERY incumbent state legislator  of BOTH parties.

They all should be fired on November 2 -- unfortunately, I can only vote for 1 State Senator and 1
State Assembly member.

Schenectady county is in the shape its in because no one knew how to parlez with GE union/corporate....not to mention the dumbass mandates to create
more union jobs via the government to fake out the employment numbers....and it really doesn't matter which party is in control.....

it's 'protection money'.......

Farley's party controlled the State Senate for 32 of the 34 years he has been in the that chamber.

Farley did NOTHING for those 32 to stop unfunded state mandates -- he even admitted as much at the
debate in Saratoga.

Today Cuomo gave a speech to state lawmakers saying they had to tighten their belts, etc etc...And it was a conference of state lawmakers....

IN PUERTO RICO!!!!!!!

So we can call him Aquadilla Andy and of course there is San Juan Sheldon. Because according to DV, only Hugh Farley is the only lawmaker who goes out of town on business!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
