A tape delivered to the spotlight 2 weeks out from Election Day.  Why did he wait until now to release it, and why not in its entirety?  It’s just more evidence of Santabarbara's poor character.  A turncoat that privately tapes conversations of the opponent he's running against, holds on to the tapes, then releases it 2 weeks before the election.

Santabarbara has NO loyalty to the constituents that elected him, and NO character.  Why would anybody trust a slime ball like Ang?  His action show he's untrusthworthy.  Who's advising the Santabarbara campaign?  They ought to be fired.

Sounds like the same dirty tricks Gerard, Surprise and other Town Hall employees were invovled with regarding the Notary hyjinx and
Eunice.  This one will end the same way...........THUD!  Right out of Gerard's playbook and stupid Ang thinks this will win him votes?

There's reportedly also a letter from Amedore to Santabarbara's employer.  The letter was crafted by cutting words, individual letters, and pictures
from various publications and pasting them to a cocktail napkin.  

I can see it now.  Ang running after AG Cuomo at the County Dem Dinner.  "Mr AG you might want to investigate this recording I did
over cocktails in a local bar, without the other person's knowledge."  "Please help me win this election."  "My parents are Italian
immigrants and that seemed to work for your father."  "Oh and by the way, can my wife take a picture of us holding this plastic
baby bottle so I can send it in to the Spotlight?"

I wouldn't consider it the same.  The Notary thing happened after the election, so I don't believe it was purely political or meant to sway an election.  Angelo on the other hand, held on to these tapes until his campaign thought it would be politically advantageous to release them. The "October Surprise" so to say.  I think it just makes Angelo look like a grimy politician.

When you can't win on the issues - go negative.  That looks like the direction the Santabarbara campaign has taken.
