this thread is boring

Claims it's boring because he cannot provide any proof of how Schenectady is "much improved"   Calling the thread boring is just your cop-out excuse to avoid admitting that Schenectady is not much improved but rather it is getting worse----at taxpayer expense

He is totally speechless because he is too embarrassed to admit that this Schenectady he says is much improved is the place where people live, where their kids go to school, where the kids should be able to play, the neighborhood stores that people should be able to go to without being killed when you go in the store, the churches where their members should not have to drive only two blocks to attend because the streets are too dangerous.

He is totally speechless because he has nothing to support is claim of "much improved," because he cannot prove crime is down, he can't prove taxes are down, he cannot prove that property values are going up, he cannot prove that people are moving into the city, he cannot prove that necessary services povided by the city are increasing, cannot prove that there is adequate fire and police protection, can't prove that the graduation rate is improving, etc. etc. etc.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
