I have asked countless times how you claim the increase in crime amounts to a much improved city. You fail to dispute that UNDISPUTABLE FACT, yet you claim that making the taxpayer pay all this stuff downtown has resulted in a much improved city. I ask you how the HUGE increase in the percent of vacant houses amount so a much improved city.
