who is the "THEY" you are referring to ?      So far it is residents of Rotterdam Junction and a few others
like myself on the steering committee from around the town.    At the first public forum, we respectfully
listened to all of residents input and all of it was recorded   ... there is no "they" telling anyone to do it
any particular way.

There was a great Public Meeting in the Junction with some preliminary proposals mapped out by LaBerge and
Synthesis.     The BOA Study process is moving along quite well  -- look for the finished proposal sometime
in early 2011.

Resident participation was sparse ( figured that )....Like what they had to say, I think this could actually come to fruition and no matter what GB says ( idiot ) could be a benefit to the town....wait and see.

I liked much of what I saw in the proposal.   It still needs a bit more work.
