Westside race track noise issue, residents P.O.’d!
Resident 4, Why isn’t noise ordinance enforced?  FDG says they
aren’t breaking the law.
Resident 5, This has been going on for 2 administrations.
Make a decision so there is some closure.  GP says the admin.
refuses to address the issue, he apologizes to residents.  FDG
says Mahar has to make the decision.
Resident 6, There are as many as 6 riders at a time, very loud,
worse than a Harley.  Can’t enjoy property.  ND asks to see the DVD
of the races.  Wants entire board to watch DVD to see if it is racing
on a track.  Promises to get the board working to resolve problem.

Resident 7 on rezone of Feuz Rd.  Too many apartments already
In Rotterdam.  Transient Town with all the trucks and apartments.
Additional load on school with minimal tax revenue.  Could ruin an
existing nice neighborhood.

Resident 8, more info and impacts of contracts and new hires needs
to be provided before public comment.  Residents in dark over the
impacts of numerous approvals for agenda items.

Resident 9, traffic needs to slow down on Princetown Rd. around Jefferson School.
Speed limit is 15 mph.  Requests Town Board to speak to police about enforcing.

ND moves to go into Executive Session over Town Clerk’s job.  Asks
Michelle Golden to attend.  All vote yes except Bob G. He won’t participate.

i missed the meeting but heard this from the stop sign down the street from town hall a i was on my way home last night

A friend of mine was out walking their dog in that area and heard a bunch of yelling around 9:30pm... then saw a cop car with flashing lights turn from Curry down Sunrise Blvd.  Any know what was going on?
