SCHENECTADY -- Committee on Professional Standards on Thursday suspended lawyer Elbert "Skip" Watrous from practicing law for five years over concerns of his handling of his aunt's estate.
However Watrous, who had a 27-year legal public service career in Schenectady County, stopped practicing law in January.
