ROTTERDAM — A town woman has been arrested, accused of stealing from a girls softball concession stand, state police said today. Mindy Ciccone, 31, of 8 Lent Court, was charged with one count of petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Ciccone is accused of entering the Rotterdam Girls Softball concession stand during a game and taking at least $60 from the cash drawer, state police said.
