If you have any question about whether they're being paid a fair wage they should call her office so they can investigate. Since when does a person who crossed our border illegally have any rights to anything until they come here legally. They deserve a fair wage while they deny an American citizen a job that's so badly needed to support a family and pay the bills. Vote all these incompetents out of office in November.

The solution is simple!

Since it's nearly impossible to eliminate illegal immigration, we should try another approach... one that is likely to be more successful.
Most illegals come here for JOBS.  If as Shadow posts: "They  deny an American citizen a job" then lets free up that job and end illegal immigration in the USA.

Make it a mandatory jail time for any US employer who hires an illegal immigrant.  The present system rewards employers for hiring illegals... many pay sub-minimum wages (and pocket the difference)... Employers often abuse state and federal safety or work rules with illegals because they know that an illegal will never report the abuse.

If you really want to give those jobs to Americans, and bring illegal immigration to a standstill, then cut off the source of the problem...American Employers who hire illegals!

I agree that every employer who hires illegal immigrants should pay a very big fine the first time they're caught and jail time if it happens again. When times are good people tend to overlook the immigration problem but when residents have no jobs, the government is broke and can't afford to pay for the illegals drain on the health-care and welfare systems something has to be done and the Federal Government isn't enforcing the laws that we currently have.
