Told ya not to hold your breath! DVR never has facts.....only critical of the taxpayer/electorates on this blog. The taxpayers/electorate are not happy with the way Rotterdam is going, and dvr called them NEGATIVE! What an insult and a slap in the face for all rotterdamians.

And it appears that dvr is the voice of the liberal socialist dem party.....so now you rotterdamians know how they view the taxpayers. Sad!

Let me put this nice and succinctly --- I don't have to respond to your malicious, angry, often times
ignorant posts.    I don't like you.   I don't really give a sh*t what you think about me or any issue.
Post what you like -- rant all you want --- I will converse with the folks on this website that I CHOOSE
to respond to.  
As far as I am concerned - you don't exist anymore.

Congressional Debate: Tonko vs. Danz

Democratic Congressman Paul Tonko is being challenged by Republican small business owner Ted Danz.

The first question fielded by the candidates inside WMHT's North Greenbush studios had to do with health care.

"I was aiming for perfection," said Tonko.  "We gained with progress."

Danz responded, "I guess you're going to find out real quick I'm not much of a politician tonight but what a bunch of baloney!"

Republicans are hoping to capitalize on feelings of anti-incumbency this midterm election.

When asked to grade President Barack Obama, Tonko said he would give the President a B+ or A-; Danz gave Obama an F.

Stabilizing the economy and creating jobs are big topics of this race.

"We need to make this state an attractive place for industry to come instead of a dis-incentive by all the over-the-top rules and regulations imposed by the federal government and the state," said Danz.

Tonko said, "I'm working on the clean energy innovation economy.  We are between the bookends in this Congressional District of investments in high-tech."

Congressman Tonko has come under fire in the past for collecting a New York State pension along with his Congressional paycheck; he was asked about that during the debate.

"What would you do if you earned a pension and you had uncertainty facing you as to whether or not you would have a job?" Tonko asked, rhetorically.

Tonko gave horrible Obama a grade of A-! What kind of curve is he using? Danz gave Obama a well deserved F! A complete rout for business leader Ted Danz. No wonder Tonko will not debate anymore.

      And the same old DEM song "Obama inherited a problem"-RIGHT and made it worse for our kids and grandkids by wasting trillions on failed stimulus and Obamacare. If you want a minority Congressman that is worried about Cap and Tax and destroying every job in NYS-vote for Tonko again.

WAAAAH WAAAAH  ..... the Regressives are crying again.   They can't stand when a person with a
different opinion excercises his Constitutional freedoms.
